Terms and conditions

If a student cancels within 48 hours of the workshop start time, the cost of the class will not be refunded, unless another student can be found to take his/her place. Instead he/she will be given a credit for the same value as the workshop price to use for the cost of a future workshop.

Workshops will only run if a minimum of five places has been booked. If fewer than five places have been booked, Wild Rosamund reserves the right to reschedule the workshop. Each student affected will be offered a place on the rescheduled workshop before it goes on general sale. If a suitable alternative date cannot be found, a full refund will be offered.

All students will be notified of any changes to date, time or location of the workshop by email, text or phone call.

Each student uses the tools provided by Wild Rosamund at their own risk and Wild Rosamund cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained either by accident of by incorrect use of those tools. Wild Rosamund will ensure that all tools provided for the use of students are kept in good working order.
